Have you fallen out of love with your wardrobe? A wardrobe edit is the best place to start to rediscover you and your love for your wardrobe. When your wardrobe has been cleansed and organised it means you will know exactly what your own and where everything is. The first step in the edit is to look at things you love and wear on repeat, then we look at items you like but don’t wear often as you struggle to style them, and finally, we look at items you never wear. We will check how worn these items are and decide whether they’re good enough to resell or go to charity. The items that you love, feel great in and that work with your colouring, body, shape and lifestyle we keep, organising them into your wardrobe. We also discover new outfits from pieces you already own and make a shopping list of the items missing from your wardrobe. We create an outfit schedule which helps you to build an outfit for yourself every day and stops you buying random items of clothing that you have no idea how to fit into wardrobe.

If you have a wardrobe full of clothes that you love, but you still have nothing to wear as you’re lacking inspiration on how to style them, then a wardrobe restyle is for you. You don’t necessarily need an edit of your wardrobe, but you are stuck in a bit of a style rut and wear the same things repeatedly, without experimenting with different combinations in your wardrobe. We will focus on restyling your wardrobe by starting with the bottom half i.e. trousers, skirts and jeans and find a few different top half options, such as a shirt, a blouse or a jacket to wear with each bottom half item. We will take photographs of each outfit for you to refer to for inspiration. This service is particularly helpful if we have shopped together, and you want help styling those items into your wardrobe. The result is a much more organised wardrobe, a clothing schedule, photos of your outfits for inspiration and a mini shopping list for any finishing touches I think are missing.

I really feel inspired and more confident after your wardrobe edit. For the cost of a few items of clothing I have a number of whole outfits that I wouldn’t have worn before. Instead of a a bulging wardrobe where I still can’t find anything suitable to wear I now can open my wardrobe a pull out a couple of choices of outfit for whatever the occasion and that suit me.
